What is WLI?
The ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) was created to raise the visibility and participation of women in ULI and ultimately in the real estate profession. We invite all women of ULI Dallas-Fort Worth to join in, participate and connect with fellow women ULI members via WLI!

Effective Networking Event with Mary Lyons
WLI Exclusive Events
The Women’s Leadership Initiative hosts 2-4 WLI member exclusive events per year. These events prominently feature women of influence within the CRE industry, and can either focus on new developments in the area, or on leadership & networking. ULI Dallas-Fort Worth’s WLI offers quality opportunities for female members to network, learn, and grow together in real estate.

WLI & NEXT Joint Virgin Hotel Tour
WLI, NEXT, & CFL Alumni Group Events
The Women’s Leadership Initiative partner once a year with NEXT (typically members aged 35-45) Group and Center For Leadership (CFL) Alumni to host a collaborate event often focused on and informative presentation and tour of a new development, capped by a networking happy hour.
