Building Industry Leaders (BIL)
Mission & Purpose
Building Industry Leaders (BIL) is a program built in cooperation with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Boys & Girls Clubs (BGC) to educate and mentor BGC high school students on numerous career opportunities in commercial real estate and give them the professional skills to become industry leaders and contributing members of their community. BIL’s aim is not only to enrich the lives of the students and young leaders who participate in the program, but to also help lay the groundwork to promote greater ethnic and gender diversity among our future real estate industry leaders.
