What is Pathways to Inclusion?
The Pathways to Inclusion program is designed to promote the advancement of BIPOC real estate and land use professionals in their careers and as leaders in the industry, expand the networks of BIPOC professionals, and broaden and diversify ULI membership.
ULI Dallas Fort Worth is delivering the Pathways to Inclusion program in partnership with ULI headquarters. This year, the program will support a class of 25 professionals. If accepted into the program, participants can expect to receive:

1 year complimentary ULI Associate Membership

Access to ULI knowledge, resources, and members

Attendance to the 2022 Fall Meeting

Invitation to 4 specific activities over the course of the program
The program will also provide a suggested track of programming at the ULI Fall Meeting to direct the participants toward sessions that will focus on their interests. The program will continue to provide additional opportunities designed to reinforce access and engagement as a ULI Dallas Fort Worth member throughout the year.
Who is Eligible to Apply?
The Pathways to Inclusion program is designed to increase the participation of mid- and senior-level BIPOC who are underrepresented in the land use and real estate field. Pathways applicants must live in the ULI Dallas Fort Worth District Council region and be able to attend the ULI Fall Meeting (October 24-27, 2022) in addition to a cohort meeting that will be held in September 2022. Applications must also:
1.) Have strong interest in Real Estate or Community Development issues/processes
2.) Must be BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color)
3.) Must Submit a completed application
4.) Must be able to commit 1 year to participation in the program
