This scholarship will provide recipients with a one-year Associate level ULI membership.  Additionally, successful recipients will be paired with a ULI Dallas-Fort Worth Ambassador (an active ULIDFW member volunteer) and invited to shadow a member of one of ULIDFW’s many committees (based on experience).  This scholarship application process is overseen by the ULI Dallas-Fort Worth Scholarship Committee, with the goal of promoting advancement of underrepresented individuals as real estate and land use professionals in their careers and as leaders in the industry.

Applicants must live in the ULI Dallas-Fort Worth District Council region and cannot be current members.  Awardees will be expected to volunteer and be an active member of ULIDFW and attend a minimum of three events throughout the year.  Primary criteria for a successful applicant is the demonstrated commitment through their actions to the betterment of the community in which they live.
