What is ULI NEXT?   an affinity group that connects and elevates the next generation of leaders in the land-use and commercial real estate industries.  NEXT exists among ULI at large but at the Dallas-Fort Worth District Council, the objective of the group is to provide the following:

• a learning and connections hub for ULI members who have aged out of Young Leaders (under 35);
• opportunities for becoming an industry leader;
• insider information from our series of NEXT events;
• an influential voice within ULI and the larger commercial real estate community.

Program Overview: The NEXT Committee is responsible for organizing the following ULI Dallas-Fort Worth Programs in collaboration with the Programs Committee:

• Center for Leadership (CFL) Welcome Reception (annually in August);
• Center for Leadership (CFL) Graduation Reception (annually in May);
• Key Leader Events (annually, Fall and Winter); [Key Leaders: senior leaders of the Institute]
• Project Tour (annually, Spring)
