ULI NEXT initiative identifies, connects, and elevates the next generation of leaders for the built environment and ULI.  The NEXT initiative provides mid-career members with a meaningful way to be active in ULI and grow their professional opportunities as their careers advance into C-suite leadership positions in the industry.

  • August: Kick-Off Event –Start your ULI NEXT journey with an opening happy hour, connecting with the incoming Center For Leadership Class and expanding your professional network.

  • September: Champions of Change Tour – Join the Annual Tour to tour an impactful development within Dallas-Fort Worth, engage with ULIDFW’s multitude of affinity groups, broaden your network, and foster new connections.

  • October & November: Becoming a Leader– Discover the inspiring stories of impactful leaders and gain valuable insights from their experiences and expertise. Whether it’s through their projects or career paths, their journeys are sure to leave you with key takeaways to apply to your own leadership journey.

  • March & April: Developing the Leader Around You – Discover the fulfilling path of giving back to your community through your career. Join us in this series where we explore how ULI can help you make a positive impact beyond just your job.
