It became clear that our members were looking for something more after growing out of our Young Leaders Group, and thus we began ULI NEXT in Dallas-Fort Worth to serve as a way to engage members of the ULI Dallas-Fort Worth Council that fall into the age range between Young Leader and Executive (i.e., age 35-45).

In Dallas-Fort worth, our ULI NEXT group has grown into the premier tour group of our region, offering quarterly project tours of some the most fascinating developments in the Metroplex.
