Community Development Council (CDC)
The Mission of the Community Development Council (CDC) is to share best practices in the planning, financing and development of both traditional and non-traditional master-planned communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The CDC works to provide programming that benefits its members and includes, but is not limited to: understanding the markets in which our members’ work, market trends that impact community development, case studies and lessons learned, and innovating new approaches to planning, sustainability and the design of the built environment.
Cost: $250 Private Sector; $100 Public Sector and YLG
