    The Challenges of Delivering the

    American Dream

What’s stressing Home Builders in 2021? Gapping Out, Higher Costs, Product Shortages and Sales Ceilings (Oh my!)

    HousingOhMy

Demand is high, lot supply is low, between labor shortages and increased commodity prices in lumber and other raw materials- you can call North Texas home, but you might not get a house.

So what exactly is the state of housing
    in the Lone Star State?

Join us on April 27th as our panel of industry experts offer up the first of our 2-part Housing Series. Home-builders and developers will offer assessments and candid discussion focused on our region’s housing sector, and give some insight on what stresses and successes can be found in a market where everyone is doing well.
