Emerging Trends in Real Estate® is an annual series of trends and forecast publications that reflect the views of leading real estate executives from across the globe. As one of our Signature Events, ULI Dallas-Fort Worth annually offers a regional perspective on the findings, and we excited and lucky to welcome again to DFW- the highly respected Byron Carlock of PWC.

Join us in welcoming to the "virtual" stage the widely popular Byron Carlock, of PWC, to present the 2021 Emerging Trends Report with an inside look how it will affect our region's real estate market.

After our presentation, join the Chairs of our Local Product Councils in follow up break-out discussions with their take on their respective sectors of real estate.

Just because we're going virtual, doesn't mean you miss out!

Each year our Emerging Trends event includes a hard copy of the report. This year is no different! With your registration, you will receive a hard copy mailed to your location of choice!
