ULI Dallas Fort Worth’s final Breakfast Forum of the year will be hosted at the newly repositioned Maple Terrace project in Dallas’ iconic Uptown neighborhood. The breakfast forum is focused on the increasingly important and ongoing trend of purpose drive Adaptive Re-Use happening across the City, Region, and Nation as a whole. The event will kick off with a casual networking session over coffee and pastries and then transition to a moderated panel discussion digging into key trends, lessons learned, and opportunities on the horizon for developers, cities, and consultants alike to transform our built environment to adapt to the changing demands and needs of our society at large. The esteemed panel represents significant leaders across the capital flow, deal structuring, design, development, and management and operations components involved in a successful Adaptive Re-Use project structure. Several significant projects that are represent varying stages of project visioning, development, and delivery will be presented to provide a holistic understanding of the state of the market in DFW. The morning will then wrap up with focused group tours of the Maple Terrace property, led by Hines’ local development, leasing, and property management team.
