    Peyton Booth

    HKS

    Peyton Booth is a Sr. Designer and Principal at HKS. As a hospitality and commercial design architect, she leads projects from inception to completion, specializing in visioning and conceptual design. Peyton's expertise ensures that each project reflects aesthetic excellence and functional efficiency, delivering exceptional environments that elevate the guest experience.

    Meaghan Kroener Janson

    Director of Development, Crescent Communities

    Meaghan Kroener Janson joined Crescent Communities in 2019 as part of the Texas development team and works on deal sourcing, client development, initial feasibility, and concept design through project development, construction, and disposition. She currently manages the development of a multi-family, high-rise project, NOVEL Turtle Creek, currently under lease-up in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas. Prior to Crescent Communities, Meaghan was the Director of Planning – Development with Streetlights Residential where she had full start to finish development responsibilities as well as focused initial deal feasibility efforts firm-wide. Prior to this role, Meaghan worked as an architect both in Washington, DC, and San Francisco with WRT Solomon ETC, Roma Design Group, and Torti Gallas & Partners, Inc. Meaghan is highly active in the Urban Land Institute, sitting as Chair of the ULI Center for Leadership class of 2021 and sitting on the Steering Committee for the ULI DFW Urban Plan group. She also is a long-standing member of the Oak Lawn Committee. Meaghan earned a Master of Business Administration from The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame. Meaghan is a Licensed Architect and a LEED AP.

    Maggie Parker

    Innovan Neighborhoods

    In 2019, she founded Innovan Neighborhoods, embarking on a partnership with Matthews Southwest to execute her vision: to transform neighborhoods by addressing residents’ interconnected needs for physical, social, and economic stability while maintaining and celebrating a community’s unique culture. Innovan Neighborhoods is a community-oriented real estate development and consulting firm. In partnership with Matthews Southwest, the team leverages their 30-year track record as an international, full-service private real estate company alongside community development strategies to build and strengthen neighborhoods in concert with community stakeholders. Innovan Neighborhoods partners with non-profits, faith-based organizations, and neighborhood associations to implement their vision. From joint ventures for affordable single-family homes to leading phased, master-planning development strategies in transitioning neighborhoods, Innovan Neighborhoods supports catalyst projects in the DFW metroplex. Prior to forming Innovan Neighborhoods, Maggie was the Director for The Real Estate Council Community Fund, a CDFI providing access to capital and technical assistance for real estate projects serving low-to-moderate income neighborhoods. Outside of living and breathing Innovan, Maggie services on local, regional, and state-wide Boards. Her personal interests include exploring Dallas and international traveling; enjoying ethnic food restaurants and attempting new recipes; and attending live performing arts events.

    Brooks Powell

    Senior Associate, DLR Group

    Brooks Powell is a Senior Associate and Business Development Leader for DLR Group, a global integrated design firm of more than 1,300 professionals across 30 offices worldwide. Brooks leads strategic planning and relationship building for Texas’ bourgeoning workplace sector, including build-to-suit headquarters, commercial office buildings, and tenant interiors. Active with ULI’s UrbanPlan program since 2018, Brooks serves in a leadership capacity within ULI Dallas-Fort Worth’s Education Committee, which spearheads UrbanPlan in the Classroom and UrbanPlan for Communities, as well as ULI’s Foundations of Real Estate (FoRE) program. He has adjudicated high school student teams in each of the last three international UrbanPlan summer competitions, and he has facilitated UrbanPlan programs for ULI Atlanta, ULI Boston/New England, ULI Louisiana, ULI Minnesota, ULI Montana, ULI New Mexico, and ULI San Francisco. Brooks serves in multiple other roles within ULI, including the ULI DFW District Council Advisory Board, Local Product Council Steering Committee (co-chair), Programs Committee, and Public-Private Partnership Local Product Council. He is also a graduate and past chair of the ULI Center for Leadership Program.
