After more than 5 years of sharing space with our generous sponsor, Prescott Realty Group, we need to find new offices! Prescott is moving this summer and can’t accommodate our group in its new space.

Ideally, we would like to do a sponsor trade in lieu of rent, as we have done with Prescott. We provide several ULI memberships, free event tickets and other sponsor benefits in exchange for office space. We currently pay our share of expenses for phones, copier use, and similar items.

ULI NT Relocation Wish List:

• Approximately 900 sq. ft of office space, to include 3 small offices, or 1-2 offices and a cubicle area
• Prefer a location inside LBJ, near Tollway or Central Expressway
• 3-5 year commitment preferred
• Access to conference room(s) holding 12 or more persons for committee meetings
• Free or minimal cost parking for ULI Staff, and for ULI members attending committee meetings
• Access to basic kitchen equipment: refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave.
• Basic printing/scanning access
