The newest jewel of the Arts District was a must-see for MUC
Representatives from Hillwood, Andres Construction Services, Staubach Capital, 3E Management, Billingsley, CallisonRTKL, Howard Hughes, Butler Advisors, Winstead, Jackson-Walker, Koa Partners, Common Ground Development, Sarofim Realty Advisors, CLX Ventures, KDC, Greenway Investments, Rafkin Advisory, Retail Street Advisors, Urban Opportunity and Streetlights were able to get some behind the scenes information during the Mixed-Use Local Product Council’s tour of HALL ARTS Hotel.
Adjacent to HALL Arts Residences, and next door to both the AT&T performance Center and Moody Performance Hall- the Hall Arts Hotel is the first hotel in the Dallas Arts district, and a huge part of Craig Hall’s vision to make this an area where the mantra of “Live, Work, Play” rings true.
Our Mixed-Use Council (MUC) was able to tour the hotel a mere 7 days after the doors opened, enabling them to catch a first glimpse into the development. Their tour guide shared detailed information of the spaces, the detailed finishes and, of course, the ART.
