ULI North Texas Breakfast Forum - Trains, Trams and Automobiles: Planning and Paying for Transportation
Here is your opportunity to get the inside story on public and private infrastructure investment that will be coming to the DFW area! These include the DART D2, the potential HSR from Houston to Dallas and the connector service from the Dallas HSR terminal to Forth Worth. These three infrastructure projects have the potential to significantly change regional mobility patterns by creating an enhanced and interconnected service. They also present the opportunity for major land use projects associated with the stations. These TODs, because of their location and intensities, will be of regional significance.
