    Michele Wheeler, President and COO, Jackson-Shaw

    Michele serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Jackson-Shaw. She has been involved in commercial real estate for three decades, beginning her career in 1987 with Rosewood Property Company and joining Jackson-Shaw in January 2005. She is responsible for creating value for investors and partners across all of the firm's product types (urban industrial, hospitality, restaurant/retail, residential, office, land, build-to-suit, and mixed-use) in multiple markets across the United States. Ms. Wheeler handles every aspect of commercial development and is a presence in each of the firm's markets sourcing new business opportunities.

    ULI Dallas-Fort Worth recently nominated Michele as trustee on ULI's Global Governing Trustees Board.

    Karl Zavitkvosky, Principal & Co-Founder, Enterprise Bridge USA (EBU) 

    Karl is a Director and Co-Founder of Enterprise Bridge USA (EBU), a group of professional consultants specializing in the development of business platforms that facilitate trade between the U.S. and Latin America. He previously served as Director of the City of Dallas’ Office of Economic Development for 12 years until his retirement in June, 2017. Prior to joining the City, Karl worked for Bank of America's Real Estate Group for 16 years as the Managing Director and Commercial Real Estate Division Executive for the Central United States, He also supervised the Commercial Real Estate Advisory Group.

    Karl is the ULI Dallas-Fort Worth Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs) Committee Chair.
